At partsnam.lk, we prioritize accuracy and quality in every shipment to ensure your vehicle repairs go smoothly. We process and dispatch orders within 1\u20133 business days, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress across Sri Lanka. If you find it necessary to return a part, please note that our policy covers items for 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, parts must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and they must remain completely unused and uninstalled; any item that shows signs of being fitted to a vehicle or that has had its electrical seals broken\u2014such as sensors, ECUs, or relays\u2014cannot be accepted. Please include your proof of purchase with all returns, and be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method upon approval. If you receive a part that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can prioritize an exchange. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
